About HEALING IN REACH
My offerings through Healing in Reach were born from a desire to heal people on all levels of their body, mind, and soul. The truth is that our lives can be like pressure cookers where we feel as if our lives have less and less space. Where there is no space, our feelings, thoughts and life can feel confusing, painful and blocked.
I offer services that can help you rediscover inner space from which clarity, peace, and joy can re-emerge.
I offer three main types of sessions. Any of these services can be combined.
1. The first service is spiritual coaching and intuitive energy healing. This session incorporates practical meditation techniques, breathwork practices, and deep self-inquiry where we allow our whole being to be seen and felt. Each session has 3 stages of healing.
Allowing, clearing, and uplifting are the 3 stages of healing.
The first stage is to allow all of ourself to be felt in the atmosphere of unconditional love. This reveals all the hidden pain and traumas and these layers can be worked on little by little over time.
The second stage is clearing and protecting. We can call on our higher self and the ability to grow our awareness which can protect us by seeing clearly what is actually happening and what is true. This is a skill we develop over time.
The third stage is uplifting and connecting fully to our highest soul dimensions which hold the blueprint for the best version of our life. We are all unique and powerful and we all deserve to feel re-united with the full version of our selves at this soul level. This re-connection often feels deeply peaceful and it retrains the nervous system to hold this peace and well- being each time we align in these deeper dimensions. Boundless joy is also a by-product of this alignment And stage of healing.
2. The second service I offer is tarot reading. The tarot is often misunderstood to be esoteric and not modern. The tarot in fact is an amazing tool that mirrors our life‘s challenges and also our gifts . You will walk away feeling deeply seen and so much detailed clarity is mapped out.
3. The third service I offer is a combination of bodywork and energy healing. This session dives into the body first to reveal and clear blocks which often are rooted in limiting self beliefs and emotional traumas that need to be related to and released . Sometimes this needs
to happen first on a physical level before we delve deeper into emotional and spiritual expansion states.

About Kimberly
Kimberly began her professional healing journey when she was 23. She became a student of Scott and Nancy McBride, who were senior students of Chogyam Trungpa, a reincarnated meditation master and holder of both the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. She completed a two year Meditation Teachers training in 2015 with Scott and Nancy at the Clear Light Institute in Wayne, PA. She also completed a two year course in shiatsu, a bodywork that utilizes the wisdom of the points and energy channels from Traditional Chinese Medicine back in 2000. She has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2010 in PA. She has completed many other bodywork trainings in medical massage, lymphatic drainage, cuppping, deep tissue, and jin shin do, a bodywork that incorporates acupressure points, trancework, and psychological integration. She also has 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. And most recently she is attending Awake academy learning more skills around hypnotherapy, quantum shifting, eye movement integration, neuro-linguistic programming, DNA encoding and activation and sound healing.
